Exploring Expectations and Behaviour in Ambiguous Social Situations – an Online Study

Every day you decide how to behave around others. We want to know how your expectations of others, and of how you might feel, affect the choices you make in ambiguous social situations. To explore this, we have a set of questions and a game for you to complete online.

Can I take part?

You can take part if you are aged 18 years or over and have never sought professional help for mental health difficulties

What is involved?

You will be asked some questions about yourself. You will then play an online game. It will take about 10 to 20 minutes to complete.

What are the possible benefits of taking part?

Helping to further our understanding of social behaviour and a chance to win £35 in a prize draw.

This study has been approved by the UCL Research Ethics Committee, reference number: CEHP/2014/519. 

You can take part on any device with an internet browser. All responses are kept anonymous. To take part you do not need to sign up for an account nor download anything.
